- Hosting or linking to illegal content
- Unauthorised access or hacking attempts
- Use of services in violation of applicable laws
How to Report Abuse
If you believe a domain or service hosted by PingRite is engaged in abusive or illegal activity, please submit a report via our Report Abuse page. An effective report should include:
- A detailed description of the abuse
- Relevant URLs, domain names, or IP addresses
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, email headers, etc.)
- Your contact information (optional but encouraged)
Our Process
Upon receiving a report, PingRite will:
- Assign a case ID and log the complaint
- Review the report and supporting evidence
- Take appropriate action if abuse is confirmed, which may include service suspension or termination
- Follow up if additional information is needed
Privacy and security considerations may prevent us from providing updates about ongoing investigations.
False or Misleading Reports
Knowingly submitting false or misleading reports may result in action against the reporting party, including legal remedies.
Repeat Offenders
PingRite maintains records of abuse cases and may suspend or terminate services for repeat offenders or those engaging in egregious Terms of Service violations.
