These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all content, products, and services available at pingrite.com (the "Service"), operated by Dintech Smart Solutions SRL ("we", "us", or "our").

We provide web hosting, VPS hosting, game server hosting, domain registration, and related services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with or without notice.

If any portion of our Service requires an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brașov, Romania.

12. Domain Registration Terms
By registering or transferring a domain through our Service, you authorize us to act as your Designated Agent in accordance with ICANN's Transfer Policy. This authorization includes the right to approve changes to the registrant's contact information on your behalf, without requiring separate confirmation from you as the registrant or prior registrant. You acknowledge and agree that this designation is made to streamline domain management and ensure uninterrupted service.
