Notice of Infringement

To submit a copyright infringement claim, you must provide the following:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder (or authorised representative)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material with sufficient location details (URL preferred)
4. Your contact information: name, address, email, and phone number
5. A statement affirming good faith belief that the use is unauthorised
6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification under penalty of perjury

Important: Knowingly making material misrepresentations in an infringement notice may result in civil damages, including costs and attorney fees.

Disclosure of Complainant Information

We may share the identity and information contained in any copyright infringement claim we receive with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification

If your content was removed due to an infringement claim, you may submit a counter notification in writing containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. A description of the removed material and its original location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Romania or applicable venues
5. Acceptance of service from the original complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain records of copyright notices and make good faith efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts that violate our repeat infringer policy may be terminated.
